Installation > Television with Static, Cable, Chair, Blackboard and Aerial
This piece from the exhibition ND 4 TV, refers to the relationship between learning and television. An armchair faces a child's blackboard with a crude television screen chalked onto it, an aerial and television cables connect the two. The oversized and incongruous aerial attached to the arm of the chair, provides an easy intravenous connection for anyone who chooses to take a seat. The title refers to Nick's own addiction and reliance on television for information and entertainment, and ironically increasingly for his own art content.
